Can Strava detect fake GPX files generated by this tool?

No. The generated GPX files adhere strictly to standard GPS Exchange Format v1.1 with realistic ISO 8601 timestamps, natural pace variability, and elevation data. When you use the 'Align Path to Road' feature, the coordinates follow real pedestrian roads, matching Strava's map segments seamlessly.

Will my Strava or Garmin account get banned or flagged?

No. Activities uploaded via standard GPX files appear as regular user-imported activities. To ensure authenticity, set realistic paces (e.g. 4:00 - 6:00 min/km for running) and use the pace variability slider so your split times reflect natural human effort.

How do I upload a GPX file to Strava on an iPhone or Android phone?

Open your mobile browser (Safari or Chrome), log in to strava.com, tap the '+' icon in the top right, select 'Upload activity' -> 'File', and choose your downloaded .gpx file. It will immediately sync to your Strava mobile app feed.

How do I add the transparent Strava sticker to an Instagram Story or TikTok?

Click 'Download Transparent Story PNG'. Open Instagram, select your photo in Stories, tap the Sticker icon, choose the 'Add Photo' sticker button, and select the downloaded transparent PNG. It overlays directly over your photo with zero background.
